The Community Sport Facilities Fund plays a major role in the development of sport in this county by allocating funding towards the provision of sports facilities and, in doing so, assisting the fantastic efforts of both the volunteers who are the backbone of sport and also the many thousands who play sport, at whatever level.”
Liam Conneally, Chief Executive of Galway County Council added, “I welcome the Government’s continued commitment to the development of sporting facilities, which are important centres of activity for communities across County Galway.
